Willie B. Sublet III is a seasoned DEIB Talent Specialist, Project Manager, and Nonprofit Leader with over 20 years of experience across real estate, education, consumer goods, and business. He is widely recognized for his expertise in training, public speaking, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and team development, as well as his commitment to fostering inclusive and high-performing environments.

Currently, Willie serves as President of the Dallas/Fort Worth Alliance of Black Accountants (DFW-ABA), leading an organization dedicated to advancing the success of business, finance, and accounting professionals. Under his leadership, DFW-ABA has undergone a strategic rebranding, modernizing its identity and expanding its reach. He has spearheaded the development of a five-year strategic plan, introduced compliance-focused policies to strengthen operations, and launched new initiatives to secure grant funding. Additionally, he plays a key role in leading the annual Student Symposium, connecting students with corporate employers, professional development opportunities, and career pathways.

Willie has held roles in DEIB strategy, talent development, and business operations, including serving as Regional Inclusion Leader, Business Development Operations Champion, and a National Steering Committee Member for Employee Network Groups. His work has focused on fostering inclusive workplace cultures, advancing underrepresented talent, and implementing strategies that drive long-term organizational success.

Beyond his corporate and nonprofit leadership, Willie is the Founder of RightTouch Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to supporting nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and seasoned executives in strengthening their organizations. RightTouch Solutions specializes in leadership development, operational streamlining, and long-term sustainability strategies. With expertise in board governance, grant development, and process optimization, Willie provides tailored solutions that help mission-driven organizations enhance their impact and achieve their goals.

A sought-after speaker, Willie has delivered presentations and participated in industry panels, including “How to Get the Yes,” “Career Pivots and Progression,” and “Upscaling Your Skills.” His sessions focus on career advancement, leadership development, and professional growth, equipping individuals with strategies to navigate transitions and position themselves for success. With a dynamic and engaging approach, he has become a respected thought leader in professional development and inclusive leadership, inspiring diverse audiences across industries.

F.I.R.M. organization, and a member of the Accounting Advisory Council at Dallas College and the Employer Advisory Committee at Jarvis Christian University. In these roles, he helps bridge the gap between academia and industry, advising on curriculum development and career readiness initiatives. His passion for mentorship, community engagement, and leadership development is reflected in every initiative he undertakes.

Willie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership, cum laude, and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Adler University.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Willie enjoys spending time with his energetic son, Donovan, embarking on family cruises with his mother and siblings, and hosting monthly family dinners with his immediate family.
